Will these instructions or guidelines solve the problem of millions of assessee whose refunds are stuck for the one reason or the other. The better and best solution is that whenever there is a mismatch between TDS claimed and deducted , the system should generate a query come conformation letter to the deductor and should not harass the assessee who does not have single role to play in this entire process.
