Hi sir,
Case for rectification of outstanding tax demand is pending almost from past 2 year. Multiple online “Demand Rejection” with details sent. As per CPC Banglore, there is a refund of Rs 300/- but right are with Accessing Officer and AO can only rectify this. No response received by AO office. Few email, Application letter sent but no progress so far.
