B. Singh<\/strong> (2004) 2 SCC 120. By an interim order dated 19.11.2012, the CAT has stayed operation and implementation of the impugned transfer order. <\/p>\n<p>Hon\u2019ble Shri. <strong>G. E. Veerabhadrappa<\/strong>, Vice President, who was earlier appointed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.itatonline.org\/info\/index.php\/honble-shri-g-e-veerabhadrappa-appointed-president-of-itat\/\">officiating President<\/a> till his replacement by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.itatonline.org\/info\/index.php\/change-in-the-office-of-the-honble-president-of-the-itat\/\">Hon\u2019ble Shri. H. L. Karwa<\/a>, has filed a case before the CAT, Mumbai Bench, claiming that his transfer from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.itatonline.org\/info\/index.php\/transfer-of-honble-vice-president-of-the-tribunal-november-2012\/\">Mumbai to Kolkota<\/a> during the pendency of a representation made to the Law Minister seeking review of the decision to replace him as officiating President, was \u201c<em>mala fide<\/em>\u201d and \u201c<em>not in bona fide exercise of power<\/em>\u201d and contrary to the guidelines laid down in <strong>Ajay Gandhi vs. V. B. Singh<\/strong> (2004) 2 SCC 120.
