Dear Members,<\/p>\n

Our beloved Shri Hiro T. Rai, Advocate, has left for heavenly abode on 22 June 2024. Shri Hiro Rai is Past President and a very senior member of our Bar. His contribution to the tax profession and, more particularly towards IT A T as an Institution as well as our Association, is immense.<\/p>\n

Shri Hiro T. Rai was not only an exceptional lawyer but also a man of principles. His commitment to justice and his unwavering ethical standards set him apart in the legal community.<\/p>\n

In honour of and as a mark of our respect towards Late Shri Hiro T. Rai, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association, Mumbai, has organized a Full Court Reference on Thursday, i.e. 11 July 2024, at 10.30 am in Court Hall No.1, 3rd Floor, Old C.G.O. Building, M. K. Marg, Mumbai \u2013 400 020.<\/p>\n

We request all our members to take seats by 10.20 am in Courtroom no.1.<\/p>\n
