The assessee also \u00a0submitted documentary evidence showing cancellation of cheques given for purchase of flat in question . Accordingly the loose papers seized in course of search could not be said to be a conclusive proof of cash payment towards purchase of flat . Accordingly the deletion of addition by CIT(A) is held to be justified .
