The petition was filed before the High Court on the ground that the mechanism on listing of cases and the information in relation there to are not made available to the Advocates and litigants , on the status of the cases . In such circumstances , the Court noted that\u00a0 the Tribunal does not have any website \/portal or\u00a0 any online presence providing for details in the pending matters .<\/p>\n
