State of U.P.(SC),www.itatonline.org"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>When the matter was called for hearing the counsel asked for an adjournment on the ground that<\/strong>the learned counsel for the appellants is not present in the Court today and it is stated that he is out of station. Court held that , this is no ground to seek \u00a0an adjournment. Accordingly the honourable court \u00a0\u00a0rejected \u00a0the request for \u00a0an adjournment and \u00a0asked the learned counsel to argue the matter. However \u00a0he \u00a0submitted that he does not know anything about the case. In these circumstances, the honourable court \u00a0dismissed \u00a0the appeals for non-prosecution. Court also made it \u00a0clear that \u00a0since they have not found it to be a good ground for adjournment, under no circumstances, application for restoration shall be entertained.
