State of Uttar Pradesh AIR SC 2635 : AIROnline 2025 SC 415 ."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Honourable Court observed that as per the direction issued in the order dated 8 th February , 2024 , that the record of the Trial Court should not be referred as \u201cLower Court Record\u201d .Describing any Court as a \u201c Lower Court\u201d is against the ethos of our Constitution . The Registry has issued a Circular dated 28 th February 2024 for giving effect to the order .
