Hon'ble Finance Minister Ji, it is my appeal to you that a clear notification may kindly be issued to debar the Ex- Member( Whether retired or resigned) of the ITAT to practice before the Tribunal. Since their practice is not only causing trouble to advocates who are new but also against the principle of natural justice. So it is the humble request of our young lawyer's association that a notification with immediate effect may be issued. Though Supreme Court has decided the matter in our favour however the Special Benches are being constituted to further interpret the law of the land ignoring that Hon'ble Apex Court has clearly held that Right to practice as an advocate is not a fundamental right rather it is a statutory right which governed by the restriction of Bar Council Rules and the provisions of Advocates Act-
