There will be two initial years in 80IC. One is the year in which commecement of business took place and second is that year in whcih subastinial expanion took place. However total deduction under both intial years will not exceed 10 years.

i want to know wether the exemption u/s 80 ic will be effective for a period of 5 years after the expansion has taken place for a firm in uttarakhand.
