Guj. H.C. Order Dt. 30.4.13. Cliantha Research Ltd. Held. Scrutinised issue of relief cannot be reopened  even within 4 years from end of asst. year for reason to believe that original scrutiny officer did not examine the issue from a particular angle or in a particular manner.
