Title: reopening-within 4 years. 143(1) in tervening year

Guj. H. C. 17056/2011. dt. 11/1/12. Reopening not sustainable if base year is scrutinised and reopened beyond 4 years and even if subsequent year is having 143(1) status on same facts.
