Dear Sir,

If the AO disallows certain expenses on account of non-deduction of TDS, is it possible to claim exemption on the amount disallowed? Kindly clarify.

Good Afternoon sir,

One of the Assessee Company filed its Return of Income after the Due date claiming U/s. 10B. Is it possible to claim exemption for the Return filed after the due date. Pls refer any case laws
