Fate of Agra
Hello Friends this is A.K. Goel, social worker of India, part of RSS, today I would like to address certain issues regarding Agra Bench of ITAT. Since last so many years the people/ professionals of Agra are suffering due to high handedness of the members who were posted at that place. From 2016-2019, a Delhi based professional was posted there as JM, who blackmailed the professionals for the sake of consideration only.  Recently on 1-04-2024, an order posting one of the member from Prayag Raj to Agra has been passed by the newly appointed President of the ITAT, a retired judge, he has been misguided by the old foxes of the ITAT. Yes there is one old fox in this episode of transfer who mislead the President of the ITAT and this misconception has annoyed the Agra Bench. In fact the Agra Bar representatives had also met that old fox and requested him to keep the garbage of PrayagRaj away from Agra. However, it appears that the old fox was having an enmity with the professionals of the Agra, because his father was thrown by one mistress of Agra plus he has taken some consideration in accommodating the garbage of Prayagraj herein Agra. In fact the transfer process of this particular member is not new the same was stared way back in 2016, when the old fox and the present member both were posted in Mumbai, at that time the old fox had been approached by the present member and conspiracy of being post near to Delhi has been hatched. But due the intellectual knowledge of the Mr Bhatt this conspiracy could not mature. However, since then the old fox was in search of someone who can provide him his shoulder to mature the deal of transfer. And his wish came true after the appointment of new president. The old fox trap the president and use his innocent shoulder to hit the bulls eye. The old fox was also jeouls of his demotion from President to Vice President, therefore he took revenge, and also earned some amount in this process. Now people and professionals of Agra are suffering and this old fox who is on the verge of his retirement has ripped the fruits of his tree which was sown in 2016 and poor president got bad name in History. I want to suggest the president not to go by the advice of old fox at all, he will use his name and spoil his honest image of being retired judge in Bombay High Court. This story will be available at twitter, insta, facebook and all other social media platform. And Mr old fox you are under the radar of Investigation will see you soon behind the bars. Further the president should post this AM at Delhi Benches( in fact one of the AM is going to retire on 31st July) and transfer one sensible AM to Agra Bench otherwise "Raita Failta Rahega aise hi" Jai Hind Jai Bharat.
