Ganesh housing. S.C.A. 15836/ 2010. dt. 11/1/12. Guj. H. C. held reopeniing u/s 148 not sustainable even within 4 years from end of the year if basis of reasoning is not justifiable.
delhi and bombay high court,s views considered.
