Title: s.80 IB (10)- ownership of land

gujarat high court. Radhe Developers. TA 526/2008. 13/1/12.

held that ownership of land is not required for claim of deduction u/s 80 (IB) 10 by developer.

Sir, Can you give the correct citation. The name "Radhe Developers. TA 526/2008. 13/1/12" appears to be wrong.
