Now in these days it become fashion to amend the statute retrospectively in each case where Hon'ble Supreme Court decide any issue . So my suggestion is that to over come such a situation legislature should introduced a section stating that once an assessment is framed wrong or right every thing should be deemed to be retrospectively amended and assessee has no right to contest the order by way of appeal, Yes, then there is no need to drag an issue upto Hon'ble Supreme Court and by doing so at least lot of papers of our country would be saved.
I can understand the feelings. But this is the world we are living in and we have to go with it. Your expression really make me laugh.........................we cant do any thing except remain as a silent spectators.............
