Hi,
How do I find the status of appeal filed to the ITAT on 15/04/2011 for Mumbai bench B.The hearing date mentioned on the appeal acknowledgement is 09/02/2012.I have not yet received any letter from the ITAT confirming the date

Hi,

The ITAT has now started giving the date of the first hearing on the appeal filing acknowledgement. The matter is posted on that date on the board for hearing.
Seperate notice is not issued.

You will have to find the status of your appeal in these circustance from the ITAT reistry.
