]ITO vs. Varia Pratik (ITAT A'bad) has held that 292BB is retrospective .

Is this the intention of amendment?

Well this is also headed for the Special Bench as is evident from the conflict with the Delhi bench judgment.

If Rule 8D could be held to be retrospective, why not 292 BB?
