On Page 14 of today's Times of India there is an article 'Is the Hallet syndrome ailing judges?'. This deals with the habit of learned Judges of incessantly interrrupting arguing counsel making it impossible for them to put their arguments properly. I wonder what is the general experience about the Honorable Members of the Tribunal?
