Functioning of Tribunal

Was the tribunal functioning on 27 and 28 Nov.
I could not attend a hearing on 27 nov because of the terrorists attack.
What is the status of cases on 27 and 28 nov?

The notice put up on the Notice Board says that:

"All cases fixed for hearing on 27.11..2008 are adjourned to 2nd February 2009".

There is no notice for matter fixed on 28th Nov. Please contact the respective Bench Clerks to ascertain the adjourned date.
