Intellectual corruption in Delhi ITAT
Yes, this is true that there is intellectual corruption in Delhi ITAT as evident from the fact that Plutus Financial Services ITA Number 1806/Del/2022 was heard by D bench comprising of Vikash Awasthy and Krinwant Shay on 03.06.2026. The matter was heard by the concerned Judicial Member and, despite the issue being stated to be squarely covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Tiger Global, the matter remained pending for approximately three months after hearing. Thereafter, the matter was released without deciding it in favour of the Revenue. The prolonged retention of the matter after hearing, followed by its release without an adjudication on the merits, raises serious questions regarding the manner in which the proceedings were handled. If the factual and legal circumstances stated above are correct, the competent authority may kindly examine the order sheets, hearing records, dates of hearing and the reasons recorded for releasing the matter. The similar so called honest Judicial member, who has close relations with the law firm who represented the matter of Plutus before him, has recently decided a matter of a poor assessee (Madan and Associates ITA number- 2066/Del/ 2026) on the very first date itself, rejecting the request of adjournment filed by a simple advocate of Sonipat District. I pray to God that God will take the life of the children of such judicial member who is deciding the matters adopting different yard sticks for poor assessees. I know the authority has no guts to take any action against this type of intellectual corruption, as the Judicial Member is very close to the authorities but time is great and bad wishes will also hit badly when time changes, I wish one-day people will shout in his court room against this intellectual corruption and arrogance. I am dam sure that in his house his wife must be smashing him with so many slaps daily that is why he is sitting in such arrogant mood in the bench and deciding the cases of poor assessees left right centre. One man I know from Delhi is ready to take revenge in his court room and one day he will definitely teach him good lesson openly in front of public and then we will see what this corrupt member will do, Mr V Awasthy be ready for that day. I have already filed a comprehensive complaint with CBI and Law ministry and the CJI along with copies of order sheet entries and relevant corrupt orders so that he should not be promoted to VP at any cost in future. The relevant order sheet is reproduced hereunder. Mr President take strict action in this matter otherwise you will also become the part of his sins and your family will also suffer. I am also going to publish a big article in leading newspaper of Delhi "The Hindu" what this judicial officer thinks of himself. His belief that his intellectual corruptions would not come into limelight and he can do anything sitting in a chamber of 13X13. Mr Judicial member I will not spare you unless you resign or take transfer from here. And one more thing with in thirty days from today an advocates and his team will shout so many hatred slogans in your court room openly be ready. Your fat less face your emerging jaw bone shows clearly that you hate people internally and each time you feel jealous from advocates who are not close to you and your junior colleagues and others. 
   
In my firm view the assessee of Madan and Associates will challenge the exparty order before the High Court and show the order sheet of plutus also and demand justice and also pray that strictures shall be passed against the judicial member wearing a mask of honesty, in fact corrupt from inside
