In pursuance of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India interim order dated 09.10.2020 in Miscellaneous Application (MA) No. 1O58/2020 in W.P.(C) No.640/2017 (arising out of impugned final judgment and order dated 13.11.2019 in W, P. 64012017) in the matter of Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench) Bar Association Vs. Union of India, the Central Government has vide Notification dated 23 November, 2020 extended the term of the following Vice President/Member in Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) till 31.12.2020, or till further order, whichever is earlier:
