Posting + Transfer Orders Of Hon’ble ITAT Members (March 2015 – IV)

Vide orders passed by the Hon’ble President pursuant to the consultations with the Collegium of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal consisting of the President and two senior most Vice Presidents, the following decisions have been taken:

(i) Justic (Retd.) Shri Dev Darshan Sud, Hon’ble President, ITAT will hold additional charge of Vice President, ITAT, Mumbai Benches, Mumbai with immediate effect.

(ii) Shri H.L. Karwa, Vice President will function from ITAT, Chandigarh with immediate effect. Shri H.L. Karwa, Vice President will also hold additional charge of ITAT, Kolkata Zone until further orders.
