{"id":12341,"date":"2018-10-10T15:03:18","date_gmt":"2018-10-10T09:33:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/itatonline.org\/info\/?p=12341"},"modified":"2018-10-10T15:03:18","modified_gmt":"2018-10-10T09:33:18","slug":"tax-bar-files-writ-petition-reg-non-appointment-of-core-itat-admin-staff-by-govt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/itatonline.org\/info\/tax-bar-files-writ-petition-reg-non-appointment-of-core-itat-admin-staff-by-govt\/","title":{"rendered":"Tax Bar Files Writ Petition Reg Non-Appointment Of Core ITAT Admin Staff By Govt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Tax Bar has been vigorously following up on the issue of non-appointment by the Government of Assistant Registrars and Deputy Registrars to the Tribunal since the year 2004. <\/p>\n<p>Detailed representations have been made to the Hon\u2019ble Ministry of Law and Justice in June 2018. <\/p>\n<p>However, the apathy of the Government towards the welfare of the ITAT has continued unabated. <\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the AIFTP has filed a Writ petition bearing W.P. No. 2873 of 2018 in the Hon\u2019ble Bombay High court challenging the apathy of the Government. <\/p>\n<p>The Petition is expected to come up for admission before Hon\u2019ble Justice  Shri. R. M. Savant and Hon\u2019ble Justice  Shri.Nitin W.
