Pursuant to the recommendations of the Supreme Court Collegium, Mr. Justice A.A.Kureshi<\/strong>, Judge, Gujarat High Court, and Mr. Justice Indrajit Mahanty<\/strong>, Judge, Orissa High Court, have been transferred to the Bombay High Court.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to the said transfer, the Tax Bench<\/strong> of the Bombay High Court with effect from 19th November 2018<\/strong> has been reconstituted as follows: <\/p>\n
