Now, the Hon&#8217;ble President has issued an order dated 5th December 2018 by which the transfer of an Accountant Member has been cancelled. <\/p>\n<p>The said order reads as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>The transfer of <strong>Shri Vikram Singh Yadav<\/strong>, Accountant Member from ITAT <strong>Jaipur<\/strong> Benches, Jaipur to ITAT <strong>Mumbai<\/strong> Benches, Mumbai is hereby cancelled.
