After graduating from Delhi University in the year 1978, he obtained bachelor&#8217;s degree in Law from Delhi University in the year 1981 and was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 1981. <\/p>\n<p>His practice of Law included Arbitration, Commercial, Service, Election, Land Revenue, Company and Miscellaneous Writ Matters. He was a Counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi for about 6 years and was the nominated Counsel for the Election commission of the Government of NCT Delhi over about 2 years. <\/p>\n<p>He was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court on 20 December 2002 and became a Permanent Judge on 16 April 2004. Elevated as the Chief justice of Rajasthan High Court on 02.04.2017. <\/p>\n<p>We wish the Hon&#8217;ble Chief Justice good luck in his new post. <\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dLgblAqk030\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2> 5 Advocates recommended to be appointed Judges to the Bombay High Court <\/h3>\n<p>Pursuant to a resolution passed by the Supreme Court Collegium, five advocates practicing in the Bombay High Court have been recommended to be appointed judges of the Bombay High Court. <\/p>\n<p>The said five are S\/Shri (1) Avinash G. Gharote, (2) N.B.
