P. Trivedi<\/strong>, Senior Advocate, pointed out that the Bar Association, under the leadership of <strong>Shri N. A. Palkhivala<\/strong>, had urged in the past to the authorities that like all Civil Courts, the Tribunal should have a short break in a year which will give the Bar and the Judges an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate their minds. <\/p>\n<p>The eminent jurist opined that like cricket or in all walks of life, the mind gets compartmentalized and hence gets fatigued because of continuous working.  <\/p>\n<p>A small break brings out refreshment of mind and in the result in actual practice, the efficiency of an individual increases after a temporary rest.
