GAAR is scheduled to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itatonline.org\/info\/index.php\/amended-gaar-provisions-in-finance-bill-2012-press-release\/\">become applicable w.e.f. 1.4.2013<\/a>. The guidelines contain illustrations to explain how the GAAR provisions will apply together the draft of the forms required to be filled in.
