(A)<\/strong> Original Side Civil Writ Petitions relating to :­ <\/p>\n

(i)  Challenging vires <\/em>of an Act or an Ordinance, <\/p>\n

(ii)  Rights of persons with disabilities, <\/p>\n

(iii)  Infrastructure Projects :- roads, bridges, railways, airports, water transport, <\/p>\n

(B) <\/strong>Writ Petitions, appeals, references and applications  in direct and indirect taxation matters and those relating  to Foreign Trade (Regulation and Development) Act, 1992  including     FERA, FEMA, Maharashtra VAT, Sales  Tax, <\/p>\n

(C) <\/strong>Chartered Accountants Appeals and References for hearing   and final disposal, <\/p>\n

EVERY THURSDAY <\/strong>Public Interest Litigations (Civil) for admission, final hearing and order matters therein, except those assigned to other Courts. <\/p>\n

EVERY FRIDAY AFTERNOON SESSION <\/strong><\/p>\n

Hon’ble the CHIEF JUSTICE <\/strong>and Hon’ble Shri Justice M.S.SANKLECHA <\/strong>(Court Room No.26) <\/strong>will sit singly and will take up Original Side\/Appellate Side matters, to be notified separately. <\/p>\n
