Srivastava<\/strong>, Accountant Member, ITAT <strong>Rajkot Bench<\/strong> has been transferred in public interest in the same capacity to the ITAT <strong>Delhi Bench<\/strong> with immediate effect. <\/p>\n<p>Vide another Order dated 25.10.2013, the transfer of <strong>Shri.
