Vide orders passed by the Hon\u2019ble President pursuant to the consultations with the Collegium of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal consisting of the President and two senior most Vice Presidents, the following decisions have been taken:<\/p>\n
(i) Hon\u2019ble Shri Inturi Rama Rao, Accountant Member, is posted at ITAT Delhi Benches, with immediate effect. <\/p>\n
(ii) Hon\u2019ble Shri N.R.S. Ganesan, Judicial Member, is transferred from ITAT, Cochin Bench to ITAT, Chennai Benches instead of ITAT Bangalore Benches and Hon\u2019ble Shri Vijay Pal Rao, Judicial Member, is transferred from ITAT Mumbai Benches to ITAT Bangalore Benches, instead of Kolkata Benches with immediate effect.<\/p>\n
(iii) Order dated 24 Mar 2015 in respect of Smt. P. Madhavi devi,Judicial Member ITAT Bangalore Benches and Smt. Asha Vijayaraghavan,Judicial Member ITAT Hyderabad Benches will become effective only from 03 Aug 2015.<\/p>\n
