S. Kapoor, Accountant Member, ITAT, Delhi Benches, is transferred to ITAT, Patna Bench, Patna, in the same capacity, with immediate effect.<\/p>\n<p>(ii) Hon\u2019ble Shri P. K. Bansal, Accountant Member, ITAT, Kolkata Benches, is transferred to ITAT, Allahabad Bench, in the same capacity, with immediate effect. <\/p>\n<p>(iii) Hon\u2019ble Shri B. P.
