DEVADHAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On and from Monday, the <strong>7th June 2010<\/strong> until further orders <\/p>\n<p>Court Room No. 28<\/p>\n<p> <strong>MONDAY TO FRIDAY [MORNING SESSION]<\/strong><br \/>\n Income Tax Appeals for <strong>Admission<\/strong>, Income Tax Applications and Income Tax References and Writ Petitions arising out of Income Tax for Admission and Wealth Tax Applications and References for Admission and Interlocutory Applications therein and Interest Tax Appeals for Admissions and Interlocutory applications therein.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>M0NDAY TO FRIDAY  [AFTERNOON SESSION]<\/strong><br \/>\n Income Tax Appeals, Income Tax Applications and Income Tax references and W.P. arising out of Income Tax for <strong>hearing<\/strong> and Wealth Tax Applications and References for hearing and Interlocutory Applications therein and Interest Tax Appeals for hearing and Interlocutory applications therein.<\/p>\n<div class=\"journal4\">\n<p>In the previous session, the Bench passed judgement in <strong><em>important matters<\/em><\/strong> such as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/itatonline.org\/archives\/index.php\/shri-jethmal-faujimal-soni-vs-itat-bombay-high-court\/\">Shri Jethmal Faujimal Soni vs. ITAT<\/a><\/strong> (stay u\/s 254(2A)), <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/itatonline.org\/archives\/index.php\/cit-vs-glenmark-pharmaceuticals-bombay-high-court-tests-laid-down-to-determine-when-contract-manufacturing-will-amount-to-a-contract-of-sale-for-s-194c-tds\/\">CIT vs. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals<\/a><\/strong> (S. 194C TDS on contract mfg), <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/itatonline.org\/archives\/index.php\/cit-vs-asian-star-co-bombay-high-court-for-expl-baa-to-s-80hhc-netting-of-income-from-expenditure-is-not-allowed\/\">CIT vs. Asian Star Co<\/a><\/strong> (S. 80HHC netting) among others.
