Hon&#8217;ble Chief Justice of India Shri T.S. Thakur, Hon&#8217;ble Union Minister of Finance,Corporate Affairs and Information &#038; Broadcasting Shri Arun Jaitley, Hon&#8217;ble Union Minister of Law &#038; Justice Shri D.V. Sadananda Gowda and Hon&#8217;ble Union Minister for Communications &#038; Information Technology Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad  would be participating in the celebrations.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4lBV5JnTHCQ\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The first technical session on &#8220;Developing Tax Jurisprudence in Cross-border Transactions &#8211; Challenges and Opportunities&#8221; would be chaired by Hon&#8217;ble Mr. Justice Dipak Misra, Judge, Supreme Court of India, Shri Harish Salve, Senior Advocate and Ms. Anita Kapur, Adviser on Tax Reforms would be the speakers.<\/p>\n<p>The second technical session would be chaired by  Hon&#8217;ble Mr. Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel, Judge, Supreme Court of India. Hon&#8217;ble Mr. Justice Badar Durrez Ahmed, Judge, High Court of Delhi and Hon&#8217;ble Mr. Justice (Retd) R.V. Easwar would be presenting papers on the topic &#8220;Emergence of Technology in Justice Delivery System &#8211; A way forward&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The third technical session would be on topic &#8220;Tax Litigation viz-a-viz Ease of Doing Business in India&#8221;. The session will be chaired by Shri P.K. Malhotra, Hon&#8217;ble Law Secretary and the speakers would be Shri A.K. Jain, Chairman, CBDT and Shri Manoj Fadnis, President, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The Chief Guest at the valedictory session would be Shri Arun Jaitley, Hon&#8217;ble Union Minister of Finance, Corporate Affairs and Information &#038; Broadcasting.<\/p>\n<p>President of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Justice (Retd) Shri Dev Darshan Sud is desirous that all the individuals and institutions who are associated with the ITAT participate in the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations.
