He has also argued that the collections till February 2017 have a \u201c<em>miserably low ratio<\/em>\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>At the end, the learned Chairman has directed that \u201c<em>maximum amount of confirmed demand must be recovered immediately<\/em>\u201d.
