  1. my dear sirs,
    please note every one company handled the issue is clearly done with proper research and some serious studies over time, when so how our great AOs would be or his higher officers would be able to properly study that fast in his limited time to understand all facts and application of criss cross regulations of the tax department and correctly appreciate in his bird’s mind….i see taxation regulations would just strangle the very tax dept only and there is excellent probability to lose the cases by the revenue.

    finance ministers – you also need to undergo due training in taxation accounts as also in tax laws, and so on
    else triuble for all of you!
