Challange to Collegium system of Appointment of Judges

Yester day a news has been flashed by IBN 7 that some one has filed PIL before the Supreme Court regarding the system of collegium vis-à-vis appointment of judges before the High Court, this system was developed by Britishers so that no body who bothered the interest of India will be appointed as judge, we are following the same. Now time has come to appoint only competent person , there has to be competition exam for this post and let the competent lawyer be appointed as judge. I welcome this move from the bottom of my heart. Because by abolishing this system the concept of face value come to an end. It is my opinion as a lawyer.
