Has the final order in Patel Engineering been  given by the Bom HC? It was scheduled for 15 September,2011.

Also, what is the status of ketan construction which was pending before the Guj HC? The final hearing was on 29 DEcember 2009. Please update urgently.

No much development.As far as i know, ketan construction case has also not been decided.Nothing heard on 80IA.keep patience.

Gujarat high court vires challenge group of matters where s.80 IA(4) amendment is challenged is now refixed on 20/10/11.
reply-rejoinder is now filed in matters where i represent assessees.
so now i suppose court will take up group  for final disposal, subject to time permitting.
