Prayer to President of ITAT

It is the request of the Delhi Bar of ITAT that delivering of order system may be improved. People means assessees and the professionals are not getting their orders in time. Some time Bench Clark is not available and many times Assistant Registrar is not available. Why a system like High Court shall not be introduce in the ITAT so that any body who want the copy of the order of the ITAT get the same by paying the fees. It is appears that Assistant Registrar also want to show his importance to the professional by saying that look I am also here from last Eleven Years,   without whose signature /permission you will not get the order Mr. Professional. Without any fear of contradiction i must say that delivery of the order is very poor in the ITAT
