    Para 6 , Does not explain when ancestral property gets status of HUF property .

    Can a widow become Karta of huf when the coparceners – major son and daughter of late Karta are NRI s , but major estate is in India..
    If not, then the big too would become NRI, on major NRI son, getting appointed as Marta..
