Dear Sir/Madam,

We invite you to the Inaugural Ceremony, Finals, and Valedictory Ceremony of The Padma Vibhushan N. A. Palkhivala Memorial National Moot Court (Virtual) Competition, 2023 to be held virtually on October 26-29, 2023

The inaugural ceremony is to be held on October 26, 2023, at 5:30 PM. The chief guest of the ceremony is Shri. G. S. Pannu, Hon’ble President of the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal and the guest of honour is Shri. Pramod S. Tarare, Hon’ble President of Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal.

The Finals will be held on October 29, 2023, from 10:30 PM to 12:30 PM and will be judged by Hon’ble Justice Anita Sumanth, Madras High Court, Hon’ble Justice Piyush Agrawal, Allahabad High Court, and Hon’ble Justice Dr. Neela Gokhale, Bombay High Court.

Hon’ble Justice Nitin Jamdar, Bombay High Court, will address the valedictory ceremony at 12:30 to 1:30 PM
