S.37(1): Business expenditure-Employees stock option plan compensation expenses-Allowable as deduction.

Held, that the expenses were incurred with a view to retain the talent and staff for the benefit of the company and consequently such expenses were allowable as business expenditure. Similar claim had been allowed in the earlier years by the Assessing Officer. Addition is deleted. (AY. 2017-18)
