Dismissing the appeal of the revenue the Tribunal held that, Merely on the basis of AIR information and ITS data addition cannot be made. Minimum AO could have done was to issue notices u/s. 133(6) or 131 to concerned parties whose identities were available before AO, to ascertain correct fact. Followed CIT v. S.
