Tribunal -Courts , Tribunal and Judiciary – Appointment and selection – Clarification of order dt 9-2 2018 in Kudrat Sandhu (2018) 4 SCC 346, pars 1 and 2 .

Members of ITAT will continue till the age of 62 years and the person holding the post of President shall continue till the age of 65 Years .   Selection process that has commenced shall continue and no litigation in that regard shall be entertained . Any other grievance , in this regard  shall be dealt with at the time of final hearing of the main case .
