Tribunal held that Gold jewellery of 2417.290 grams was found and seized during search. 1650 grams belonging to different family members stood explained by Instruction No.1916, accordingly np addition could be made.  However, with regard to remaining 85.29 grams, no corroborative evidence had been filed by assessee  Addition is held to be justified.  (AY. 2014-15, 2016-17)
