On appeal the Court held that subject to the assessee producing the authenticated bank statement of the said bank account for the relevant period. In the event, the assessee produces the same, the Assessing Officer shall determine the addition based on the said account. Order of the Tribunal is modified accordingly. (BP. 1-4 1990 to 17-10-2000)
