sir,
my client is multi state hospital. The head office is in Gujarat. It has GST registration in more than 8 States. The hospital does not claim any ITC as all income is exempt. In this context, does the hospital require to take ISD registration in Gujarat State only for the purpose of distribution of ineligible ITC or it is okay if the hospital does not take ISD registration?
