when a Mohamadan male dies without any heir, what shall happen to estate and litigations pending both ?
When a Muslim man dies intestate his estate devolves on his heirs at the moment of his death, and the heirs succeed to the estate as tenants-in-common in specific shares.

Me thought that the concepts such as testamentary or intestate succession, and tenants-in-common are peculiarly applicable only to anyone governed by the Hindu Law!? Open to be enlightened by the Expert!
